To summarize, players will gain a clear understanding of the mental and physical requirements of football at the highest level. Our training will push players mentally and physically to improve, expand and increase their abilities. This could become the ultimate challenge for their Football passion
As an organization, our goal is to develop players in the following areas:

| 3. | Develop technical/skill speed. Players need to have the ability to play under pressure and in tight situations. |
| 4. | Develop Football vision. Players must know what to do with the ball prior to receiving it & must think two to three plays ahead. |
| 5. | Athleticism. Players must have good speed, ability to change pace, strength, and flexibility. |
| 6. | Ability to attack and defend. All players must have the ability to defend with intensity, as well as to have the ability to attack with urgency & transition. |

| 8. | Football personalities. We encourage players to bring out their character on the field, to be competitive, to play with heart and pride, and to be an asset to the chemistry of the team. |
| 9. | Passing. Players need to have the ability to play the ball from point A to point B with accuracy and to be able to play balls both long, short, driven, and flighted. |
| 10. | Become a student of the game. Players to need to take a "coach" approach and must look to learn more about the game by watching and following high level football. |
| 11. | Goalkeepers will receive specific goalkeeping training and coaching with the Institute. Along with the related goals from above, football Institute goalkeepers will have specific goals (i.e. distribution, technique and reading of the game) during the training camp and throughout the tour. |
Coaches & Staff
The development program is directed by football people for football players. We understand that our coaches are an integral part of our success. As a result, we hand pick the coaches who lead our teams domestically & overseas. Our coaches are experienced national & international travellers and are familiar with the unique dynamics of all competitions. The development program provides every player with the necessary training, personalized attention, encouragement, and discipline he or she needs to succeed. To ensure this, our staff to player ratio is less than 1 to 8.
In addition to the top level coaching that each of our players receive, each player has access to medical personnel/trainers to care for our players. The development program has paid coaches/ management /administrative staff to ensure that all the logistics are handled with the utmost quality and attention to our high standards.
To be part of this setup please feel free to contact the Junior coaching director Drago on 0410 508 566 or email juniors@whitecityfc.com.au
